Pancake Breakfast Raises Funds for Homeless Children

The Baltimore office far surpassed its fundraising goal with its first pancake breakfast to benefit local Touch charity Sarah's Hope, a 24-hour emergency shelter for women and children. The breakfast was held on 20 March 2014, and 37 lawyers and staff donated to the cause. US $500 was raised, which will be matched by our global legal practice.

The office Touch Committee set an original fundraising goal to purchase all five Pack 'n Play portable cribs listed on the shelter's wish list. With the additional funds, the Committee will select from additional high-need items on the list, which includes everything from hygiene and fitness products to games and furniture.
