Ryan’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.
Ryan graduated from UC Davis School of Law, where he served as a senior articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review and an executive editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal. Prior to law school, Ryan studied Science, Technology and International Affairs at Georgetown University.
