Aarti Rao is a counsel in the London office and has extensive experience advising on securitisation, structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. She advises lenders, arrangers, originators and investors on asset-backed financing and private and public securitisations of various asset classes including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, trade receivables, lease receivables and consumer receivables in jurisdictions across Europe.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Aarti has been seconded to Credit Suisse, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank.
