Michelle Rackish is an associate in the firm’s Products Law practice and supports clients on product liability litigation, including individual, mass tort, multidistrict litigation, and class actions in federal and state courts across the country.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Michelle received her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, cum laude, with a concentration in health law. While pursuing her law degree, Michelle worked as a student attorney in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, advising clients on a wide array of matters affecting the social determinants of health, and served as a notes and comments editor for the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy. She was also a summer associate at the firm in 2021 and 2022. During her master’s studies at Case Western Reserve University, Michelle focused on clinical trial ethics and completed a practicum with the university’s Institutional Review Board conforming guidance to new federal regulations.
