UDRP: proof of targeting essential for acronym trademarks

In a recent decision under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) before WIPO, a panel has refused to order the transfer of a domain name that was identical to the complainant’s prior trademark because the complainant failed to prove that the domain name had been registered in bad faith.
