UDRP complaint loses its mojo

In a recent decision under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) before WIPO, a panel has refused to transfer the disputed domain names ‘cloud-mojo.com’, ‘cloudmojo.tech’, ‘cloudmojotech.com’ and ‘cloudmojotech.website’, finding that the complainant had failed to demonstrate that the respondent had no rights or legitimate interests in respect of thedomain names.
