UDRP complaint falls at the first hurdle

Majors Law Group PC sought the transfer of ‘majorslawgroups.com’ under the UDRP, claiming unregistered or common-law rights in MAJORS LAW GROUP. The panel found that the complainant had made assertions, unsupported by evidence, that it had made continuous and extensive use of the mark. The complainant had failed to satisfy the first element of Paragraph 4(a) and lacked standing to bring the complaint.
