New York Department of Financial Services' Newly Proposed Anti-terrorism and Anti-money Laundering Regulations Would Impose Criminal Penalties on Compliance Officers
On December 1, 2015, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that the New York Department of Financial Services had proposed a new anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering regulation targeted at blocking financing for terrorist organizations and other crime groups.
