IPMT notches two prominent Life Sciences partners

We are excited to have two prominent partners, Simon Roberts and Jason Leonard, join our Intellectual Property (IP) practice group in New York.

Their strong chemistry backgrounds coupled with their deep litigation experience will make an immediate impact on our Americas IP practice and global Life Sciences team. Roberts has in-depth knowledge and experience in the realm of the Hatch-Waxman litigations and is highly regarded for his work in the chemical and ethical pharmaceutical industry. Leonard focuses on complex pharmaceutical litigation around new drug compounds, enantiomers, polymorphs, drug formulations, and methods of use as well as oncology drugs, antifungal agents, and oral contraceptives.
