EEOC Proposes Regulations on Wellness Program Compliance With the ADA

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced yesterday that it will issue proposed regulations on Monday, April 20, to clarify how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to wellness programs that are part of group health plans.
