On May 11, 2016, the Senate Finance Committee (led by Chairman Hatch (R-Utah) and Ranking Member Wyden (D-Oregon) held an oversight hearing with respect to the trade enforcement activities undertaken by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
