Commerce Department Reinstates Mandatory Survey for Financial Services Providers Transacting Business Abroad

On June 19, 2015, the U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of Economic Analysis reinstated reporting requirements for the BE-180, which is designed to collect data regarding certain financial services transactions between U.S. financial services providers and foreign persons.
