A UDRP complaint out of the clear blue sky

In a recent decision under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) before WIPO, a panel has refused to order the transfer of the domain name ‘skycell.com’because the complainant had failed to demonstrate that the respondent had registered and used the domain name in bad faith.
