Scott Prior supports clients on various complex transactional and advisory matters, ranging from private and public cross-border mergers and acquisitions to equity capital market transactions covering initial public offerings as well as secondary raises relating to both shares and global depositary receipts.
Scott trained and qualified at the firm in February 2020 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors including logistics, property, healthcare and technology. He has advised clients ranging from well-established FTSE-100 listed companies to private equity sponsors and large financial institutions.
As part of his career Scott was seconded to our international office in Singapore and has worked with clients across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Represented AmerisourceBergen on its US$6.47 billion acquisition of Alliance Healthcare from Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Represented CPI Property Group S.A. on its €1.57 billion joint hostile takeover (with Aroundtown SA) of, Globalworth Real Estate Investments.
Represented Clipper Logistics on its £1 billion takeover by GXO Logistics.
Represented Mail.ru Group on its US$600 million debt and equity fundraising.
Represented DBAY Advisors Limited on its £307 million take private of AIM listed Telit communications plc.
Represented Shaftesbury on its £300 million underwritten equity capital raise.
Represented Electra Private Equity PLC on the demerger of Hostmore plc onto the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Represented Crypto Trading Firm B2C2 on its private sale to SBI Holdings.
