Cassandre’s practice involves representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings with a particular focus in LBO.
She also advises on corporate financing and has a strong experience in restructuring transactions in the context of distressed LBO transactions, mandat ad hoc, conciliation and safeguard proceedings.
