Tomasz Pietrzak is a lawyer in Hogan Lovells Warsaw. Since joining the Corporate and M&A Department in 2013, Tomasz' has focused his practice on advising Polish and international clients on commercial law and corporate law. He participates in projects on business restructuring such as M&As, mergers, divisions and transformations of private and public companies. He prepares due diligence reports and drafts transaction documentation and also deals with the registration proceedings of commercial companies and partnerships.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Tomasz worked for a reputable Polish law firm. Tomasz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2014. In June 2018, he became a legal adviser at the Circuit Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
Representative experience
Advising BMP Media Holdings LLC on acquisition of 60% shares in the Warsaw Stock Exchange listed company Artnews S.A.
Advising Caesars Entertainment on acquisition of shares in a Polish limited liability company.
Advising mBank S.A. (Commerzbank group) on sale of 100% shares in BRE Ubezpieczenia TUiR S.A. to Avanssur SA.
