Pedro Martínez is an experienced corporate and finance advisor. As a member of the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects team at Hogan Lovells, Pedro handles project development, finance, and corporate matters with a primary focus on Latin America. Earlier in his career, he spent six years an associate within the Corporate practice group of the Madrid office of Hogan Lovells.

Well-versed in corporate and finance law, Pedro has extensive experience in advising and representing clients on complex corporate and finance transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, project finance, joint ventures, and reorganizations. In addition to his transactional work, Pedro has significant experience in commercial law matters, advising clients on consumer protection, retail trade, and e-commerce and advertising regulations.

Pedro holds a Master's in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law and a Law Degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid. Pedro also has a business-oriented background. He holds a Business Administration Degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid and the European Business School of London.
