Adam Parry, a Senior Tax Director, is at the core of the firm's UK tax know-how and training for both the tax team and its clients. He is the go-to person for three things – his UK tax knowledge, his research skills and his knowledge management experience.
Alongside this, Adam uses his wide-ranging tax knowledge to advise financial institutions, corporates and funds on their most challenging tax issues. He has a particular focus on corporate finance, financial products and public M&A transactions.
