Alexis advises on all aspects of corporate tax, VAT, and transfer taxes. He has particular experience in relation to corporate tax planning, tax structuring, and financing aspects of M&A transactions, and in the international tax aspects of inbound and outbound investments. He also has experience in conducting due diligence related to such transactions. Alexis advises Spanish companies, multinational groups, and investment funds.
Representative experience
Advising groups in connection with the international tax planning of its corporate reorganization and on-going taxation matters related to their day-to-day operations.
Advising multinational groups in the taxation related to their foreign investments, and particularly in LATAM.
Advising international investment funds in the acquisition structure of Spanish real estate properties, including the corresponding due diligence processes and transaction documents.
Advising Spanish and non-Spanish companies and individuals on their proceedings against the Spanish Tax Authorities and Spanish Courts.
