Ryun is an associate in the firm's Debt Capital Markets group based in London. He advises originators, lenders and arrangers on structured finance and securitisation transactions involving a variety of asset classes, including retail automotive receivables, mortgage assets, SME loans and sustainable finance arrangements.
Ryun recently spent six months in the firm's Paris Structured Finance team where he advised English and French clients on a mixture of structured finance and debt capital markets transactions.

Ford Credit Europe and its various European Ford entities on their retail automotive securitisations and debt capital markets transactions in the UK and the EU
Citibank and BNP Paribas, as JLMs, in a £310m public securitisation of UK automotive receivables originated by Oodle Finance, through Dowson 2022-2
NatWest Markets, as senior noteholder, on Evolution Money’s first private £290m warehouse securitisation of UK residential second-lien mortgage loans
BNP Paribas, as arranger and lead manager, on Cazoo’s €50m asset backed securitisation of its retail automotive subscription business in Germany and France
Advising the investor, as junior lender, in a £1bn investment of SME loans originated through Funding Circle UK’s online lending platform
