Advising a lender in connection with investment funding of £47m provided in relation to the refinance of Senator House, Queen Victoria Street, London.
As a senior associate in the banking practice, Pamela has a breadth of experience in all areas of real estate finance including origination, restructurings, structured finance and hotel related work. Pamela completed her trainee-ship with a competitor law firm in 2008 and qualified into their banking and finance department. She then had the opportunity to complete a secondment in 2011 with the Corporate - Real Estate Finance division of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
Her role whilst on secondment was within the transaction management team which provided an invaluable opportunity to gain an understanding of the internal workings and requirements of such an organization. Following completion of her secondment, Pamela was employed as an associate within the Real Estate Finance Team at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP before moving to Hogan Lovells in 2014. Throughout her career Pamela has acted for banks, borrowers and other debt/equity providers and she has considerable experience in all areas of development and acquisition finance.
