As a senior associate in the banking practice, Pamela has a breadth of experience in all areas of real estate finance including originations, restructurings, structured finance and hotel related work.
Throughout her career Pamela has acted for banks, borrowers and other debt/equity providers and she has considerable experience in all areas of development and acquisition finance.
Representative experience
Advising on the establishment of a joint venture between the Pears group and Tom Bloxham in relation to restructuring the finance arrangements of Urban Splash.
Advising on the £140m term and revolving facility to a UK house builder. A structured development finance transaction led jointly by two UK banks.
Advising a property developer on their £40m acquisition of a portfolio of loans, secured against 17 assets in England. A complicated loan purchase and structured exit.
Advising a UK property developer on the financing of the acquisition and development of Shepherd’s Bush Market.
Advising UK Bank in connection with development funding of £140m provided to UK property developer in respect of prime residential development in London.
Advising on the £47.5m finance of the development of a buy to rent scheme in Croydon, London.
