Fleur G. Oké

Fleur regularly advises on privacy and data security risks in mergers and acquisitions and governance matters, specifically in the health care and technology industries. Her practice involves helping health care companies, including health and wellness technology companies, health plans, device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies, manage compliance challenges under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other regulations that affect their products and services. Fleur also assists in evaluating the effectiveness of data security and technology programs and provides guidance on security incident response efforts.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Fleur managed the operations of a cardiology practice where she was responsible for managing health privacy related risks. Fleur continues to apply this unique insight to meet clients' goals.
