Nina Fischer advises our clients on capital market matters and focuses on the advice of German and international clients in connection with the documentation of base prospectuses and the issue of retail structured products (certificates, leveraged products and notes). Nina is also experienced in the preparation of key investment documents (KIDs) and marketing material.
In addition, Nina advises syndicate banks and issuers in connection with the documentation of debt issuance programs as well as on capital market and derivative transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells Nina worked for one of the Big Four accounting organizations during her studies.
