Tope is an associate in the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity practice in London, where she advises on a wide range of complex UK and EU data protection and cybersecurity matters. She is also a member of the firm's global Africa practice.
Tope is a triple qualified lawyer qualified to practice in Nigeria, New York and England. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, she was an associate in a market leading corporate law firm in Nigeria, where she advised on a broad range of matters including corporate restructuring, divestments and corporate regulatory issues in different sectors.
She works with clients on GDPR compliance advice, international data transfers, data breaches and incident response, data processing and sharing agreements and corporate transactions across many industry sectors including technology, financial services, and healthcare.
