Ngoc Nguyen has helped foreign and Vietnamese clients structure and execute investments in Vietnam since 2007 with focus on project development and financing and corporate M&A transactions.  Ngoc has been highlighted by clients and international legal registries as a notable practitioner in Vietnam.

Combining her in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws and local market with international legal training and practice, Ngoc is well regarded by clients for delivering solutions that work to solve problems arising in complex cross-border transactions by bridging divergent interests of stakeholders from different backgrounds.
