Stephane Huten named 2021 Private Equity Lawyer of the Year in French business law magazine Option Droit & Affaires

13 January, 2022 – Stephane Huten, a Corporate & Finance partner based in the Paris office at Hogan Lovells has been named 2021 Private Equity Lawyer of the Year by French business law magazine 'Option Droit & Affaires'. The prestigious award is part of the media publications’ annual rankings and recognises the most active and high performing dealmakers in the French private equity market.

- Accel and Eurazeo on the record US$680m Series B of Sorare, a digital football card exchange platform using blockchain technology.
- TowerBrook Capital Partners on its majority stake acquisition of Bruneau, a French online office supplies retailer.
- Korelya Capital on its investment in Wallapop, with a valuation of US$840m.
