Kristin Connarn named to MA Lawyers Weekly's Go-To Lawyers for Life Sciences/Health Care list

Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Kristin Connarn, a Boston-based life sciences partner in the Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology (IPMT) practice, has been named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s “Go-To” Lawyers Life Sciences/Health Care list for 2022. The lawyers selected were each nominated by their colleagues and chosen by a panel from Lawyers Weekly.
The publication noted that Connarn “supports clients in strategic counseling, patent portfolio development and management and patent prosecution while also guiding them through transactions and agreements that involve intellectual property assets, including development agreements, sponsored research agreements, licenses and complex commercial transactions.” It also recognizes her work representing Pyxis Oncology, having managed the company’s global patent portfolio and supporting IP diligence activities for a $152 million Series B financing, followed shortly thereafter by its upsized $168 million IPO.
