Jane Ross named Office Managing Partner for Hogan Lovells' Silicon Valley office
Silicon Valley, CA, 1 June 2022 — Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Corporate & Finance partner Jane Ross has been named Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Silicon Valley office, effective today.
Ross has almost 25 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of public and private companies across many industries, with a focus on the technology and life sciences sectors. She has handled multibillion-dollar transactions for many of Silicon Valley's most recognizable industry-leading technology companies, as well as major global companies in the areas of life sciences and digital health.
Ross joined the firm in 2017 along with M&A partners Richard Climan and Keith Flaum, and IP and Technology Transactions partner John Brockland. Highly regarded in Silicon Valley and globally, the team has worked together for nearly 20 years.

Ross’s appointment comes as the Silicon Valley office is preparing to move to a new location in Redwood City, California. In April 2021, the firm announced the signing of an 11-year lease as the anchor tenant of a new building at 855 Main, where Hogan Lovells will occupy the building’s complete second floor. The new office will open on June 6.
