Hogan Lovells represents DLH in $70 million Social & Scientific Systems acquisition

Northern Virginia, 13 June 2019 – International law firm Hogan Lovells advised Atlanta, Georgia-based DLH Holdings Corp. (DLH), a healthcare and public services contractor, on its acquisition of public health research organization Social & Scientific Systems (SSS) for $70 million in cash.

SSS provides health care services to military and civilian federal government agencies, including the collection, management, and analysis of large-scale health data in support of critical public initiatives.
