Hogan Lovells ranked Top 75 Social Mobility Employer for the sixth consecutive year

6 December 2022 - Hogan Lovells has today been ranked as one of the Top 75 employers in the Social Mobility Employer Index 2022, for the sixth consecutive year, in recognition of the firm’s commitment to social mobility. The firm has been ranked 32nd in this year’s Social Mobility Employer Index, up from 35th place in 2021.

Led by the Social Mobility Foundation, the Social Mobility Employer Index is a list of the top 75 employers who are the top-performing employers on social mobility this year. It assesses and ranks UK employers on the actions they take to ensure they are open to talent from all social backgrounds.

In January this year, Hogan Lovells in partnership with The Social Mobility Pledge produced a “Levelling Up the Legal Industry” report, which is the first firm publication to focus exclusively on social mobility. The report looks at each area of the employee life cycle through a social mobility lens, identifying areas of success and best practice as well as where the firms current challenges lie and where to focus activity going forwards.
