Hogan Lovells celebrates wins at the GlobalCapital European Securitization Awards 2024 for the Green Lion 2023-Green RMBS transaction, winning three awards in total

The innovative Green Lion 2023-1 Green RMBS (€850 million) funding transaction for ING was awarded Overall Securitization deal of the year, RMBS Deal of the Year and ESG Deal of the Year. The transaction marked ING's first step into the green securitisation market, diversifying its funding mix and offers sustainable investment opportunities to investors.
