Hogan Lovells boosts Amsterdam office with key corporate hire

Amsterdam, 18 May 2021 – International law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Danielle du Bois-Buné joined the firm as a Private Equity/M&A and ECM partner in the Corporate & Finance practice. She joins from Allen & Overy.

Over the past 15 years, Danielle has gained significant experience advising clients on a wide range of cross-border and national private equity transactions,  private M&A transactions and equity capital markets matters. Her expertise encompasses acquisitions, disposals and investments, auction processes, co-investment transactions, IPOs, direct listings, SPACs, accelerated bookbuild offerings, rights issues, joint ventures and energy projects. Her clients include national and international private equity funds, publicly listed companies and investment banks as well as the Dutch State. Danielle is recognized as a Rising Star for M&A and ECM in IFLR 1000.  

Her appointment builds on a series of strategic hires in the Private Equity, M&A and Capital Markets groups in London (Ed Harris, Leanne Moezi and recently Patrick Sarch), US (Richard Aftanas and Adam Brown), Shanghai (Don Williams, Tony Mou and Cheng Xu), Frankfurt (Nikolai Sokolov) and Paris (Matthieu Grollemund and Hélène Parent).
