Hogan Lovells advises Verdantf AG on the financing of a hydrogen conversion plant

Led by Munich Partner Christian Herweg international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Verdantf AG on the financing of a plant, in which communal organic waste is converted into sustainable hydrogen.

The conversion plant will be constructed near the city of Kiel in the north of Germany by IF GmbH together with CBE GmbH. By serving the production of sustainable alternatives for fossil fuels it will contribute to the transition towards a resource efficient economy

The project supported by the LIFE programme of the European Union has hereby received further financial backing by way of a bridge loan facility in order to help construct and operate the conversion plant.
