Hogan Lovells advises shareholders on sale of AniForte to Voff Group
Led by Düsseldorf partner Birgit Reese, international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the shareholders of Görges Naturprodukte GmbH on the sale of the company to Voff Premium Pet Food.
The company has been operating since 2014 with around 70 employees under the "AniForte" brand as a direct supplier of natural nutritional supplements, care products and food for pets. Voff Premium Pet Food, based in Sweden, is a leading supplier of natural pet food in the European market.
Hogan Lovells has advised the shareholders on the previous acquisition of the stake and on all legal issues in connection with the sale to Voff Premium Pet Food.
