Hogan Lovells advises Cygna Labs Group on the acquisition of Diamond IP
Led by Frankfurt partner Christoph Naumann, international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Cygna Labs Group and its group companies on the acquisition of the Diamond IP business from BT (formerly British Telecom). Hogan Lovells advised on the acquisition process itself as well as on the shareholders' agreement and a capital increase.
