Hogan Lovells advises HORNBACH Baumarkt AG on a delisting offer of HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA

Led by Frankfurt partners Michael Schlitt and Tim Oliver Brandi, international law firm Hogan Lovells advised HORNBACH Baumarkt AG on the voluntary public delisting offer made to the shareholders of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG by HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA. 

HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA is offering a cash payment of EUR 47.50 per HORNBACH Baumarkt AG share. HORNBACH Baumarkt AG has concluded a delisting agreement with HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA, according to which HORNBACH Baumarkt AG – subject to a review of the offer document and within the scope of its legal obligations – will apply for the revocation of the admission of the shares of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange during the acceptance period of the offer and will support the delisting offer.
