Hogan Lovells assists 21 Invest on the acquisition of Trime

21 Invest was founded and led by Alessandro Benetton with offices in Italy, France and Poland. Trime, a group based in Cassinetta di Lugagnano, is among the world's major players in the development and production of lighting towers for infrastructure sites, mines and live events.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Luca Picone with support from associates Francesco De Michele, Martino Filippi and Eva Campione. Partner Carlo Massini advised the client on the financing of the transaction.
