Hogan Lovells advised PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, a German real estate investment funds management company, on the tax aspects of the sale of the Ujazdowskie 10 office building in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate.
Ujazdowskie 10 is a modern office building situated in one of the most prestigious locations in the centre of Warsaw (at Aleje Ujazdowskie), which offers over 3650 sq m of leasable area. The building has eight above-ground storeys and two underground ones.
Andrzej Dębiec (partner) and Zbigniew Marczyk (counsel), both from the Tax Department at Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells, were involved in providing tax advice in relation to the transaction.
