Hogan Lovells advises Pantheon on a €108.8 million credit secondaries transaction

London, 24 January 2022 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised global private markets investor Pantheon on a €108.8 million credit secondaries transaction with France-based fund manager Eurazeo, involving the establishment of a fund continuation vehicle and the provision of liquidity to Eurazeo’s investors across three of its funds.

Pantheon, a global private markets investor with a $4bn private debt platform and a specialist focus on credit secondaries, led a syndicate that also featured Pennington Partners and Oddo-BHF Private Equity.
