Hogan Lovells advises lead investors on closure of €248 million continuation fund vehicle “capiton Quantum”

London, 31 January 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised lead investors Eurazeo and Unigestion in relation to capiton’s closing of its €248 million continuation fund.

The continuation fund invested into Raith and AEMtec, two leading German companies in the technology sector and will provide these companies with additional capital to accelerate their organic and inorganic growth trajectories, allowing for the capiton team’s continued investment into both companies to fuel the next stages of growth.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Hogan Lovells’ co-head of the secondaries practice, Ed Harris with support from secondaries senior associate Charlotte Monk and associate Olivia Wallwork, investment funds partner Amelia Stawpert and tax counsel Caitlin Piper and Natalia Psaila.
