Hogan Lovells advises Boston Consulting Group on the acquisition of Quantis

With an international team led by Dusseldorf partner Jens Uhlendorf, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised global consulting firm The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on the acquisition of all shares in Quantis, a leading environmental sustainability consultancy.

Hogan Lovells has advised BCG on all legal aspects of the acquisition, including advice on the bidding process, legal due diligence, and the negotiation of the share purchase agreement. For the Swiss law aspects of the transaction Hogan Lovells teamed with Swiss leading firm Walder Wyss.
