Hogan Lovells advises Adenes on two transactions to further its position as a leading provider of claim management services in Italy

• The acquisition through its subsidiary Vering, of a majority stake in AlfaCincotti. AlfaCincotti is one of the Italian leading providers of claims assessment and management services to insurance companies;

• The establishment of a joint venture with Saint Roch. The transaction involved the establishment of a new Italian holding company, Adenes Italia, to which Adenes and Saint Roch contributed their majority stakes respectively in AlfaCincotti and A&A. The joint venture led to the creation of a new group operating in the insurance services area, which is the largest player in the field in Italy in terms of scope of the services offered and number of employees.

On both transactions, Hogan Lovells advised Adenes with a team led by Francesco Stella (corporate partner) and Martina Di Nicola (corporate counsel), supported by their associates Francesco De Michele and Martino Filippi.
