Tara Nestor is a senior associate in our Capital Markets practice whose primary focus is on advising corporate issuers and financial institutions on the establishment and renewal of EMTN programmes, programme and stand-alone issuances, structured finance deals, listings on both regulated and unregulated markets, loan sales, assignability restrictions and general banking matters. Tara also provides regulatory advice to her clients particularly in the areas of market abuse and prospectus regulation.
Tara is dual-qualified in Ireland and England and Wales and has multi-jurisdictional experience. Tara has considerable Irish legal experience having trained and qualified in Ireland in 2010 and subsequently having worked with Ireland’s largest commercial law firm. She commenced her Hogan Lovells journey in Luxembourg and subsequently worked as a senior associate in the Capital Markets practice in the Hogan Lovells London office.
