Lyndsay Montour is a counsel knowledge lawyer for the Americas Corporate & Finance Practice. She combines legal acumen, industry knowledge, and a collaborative approach to support the Practice's efficient and effective delivery of legal services to our clients. Lyndsay maintains, develops, and advances the Corporate & Finance Practice's knowledge initiatives and resources, including substantive legal training, standard form documents, and analysis of current developments and market trends, with a particular focus on resources for mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Prior to her current position, Lyndsay was a senior associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Her practice focused on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, representing private companies in complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and matters related to corporate governance. 

Representative experience

Represented Platform Partners in connection with acquisitions, add-on transactions, dispositions, and other matters with respect to its various portfolio companies.

Advised DCC plc on an agreement to acquire a portion of NGL Energy Partners LP's Retail Propane Business for US$200m in cash.

Represented Dos Rios Partners, L.P. in connection with acquisitions, add-on transactions, dispositions, and other matters with respect to its various portfolio companies.
