Lyndsay Montour

Lyndsay Montour

Lyndsay Montour represents clients in a broad range of strategic transactions, both domestic and international. With a practice primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and matters related to corporate governance, she enjoys the complexity and high-stakes nature of sophisticated deal work, and thrives in high-pressure environments.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Lyndsay worked in the Houston office of an international law firm, where her practice encompassed a wide variety of corporate and financial transactions.

While attending law school, Lyndsay served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review, and the President of the Native American Law Students Association.
