Charlotte advises on a broad range of private equity and private M&A transactions, with particular focus on co-investments, secondaries and GP-led transactions. She acts for private equity houses, institutional investors and corporates across a range of sectors.

During her career, Charlotte has also spent time working in both the Middle East and Hong Kong.
