Charlotte advises on a broad range of private equity and funds transactions across a range of sectors with a particular focus on co-investments, secondaries, and GP-led transactions. Her clients include private equity houses, institutional investors and fund managers.

During her career, Charlotte has also spent time working in both the Middle East and Hong Kong.

Representative experience

Advised abrdn, Golding Capital, Hayfin and Lombard Odier Investment Managers on sale of HRworks to continuation fund managed by Maguar Capital, with total equity funding of more than €235 million

Advised Pantheon as one of the lead investors on Oakley Capital’s raising of a continuation fund to extend its partnership with IU Group, the largest and fastest growing university in Germany

Advised Eurazeo and Unigestion as lead investors in relation to capiton’s closing of its €248 million continuation fund, involving the acquisition of Raith and AEMtec

Advised Pantheon on €108.8m credit secondaries transaction with France-based fund manager Eurazeo

Advised Eurazeo and Committed Advisors as co-lead investors on €230m continuation fund raised by Capvis AG for Hessnatur, Arena and Kaffee Partners

Advised Pantheon Ventures on the acquisition of five European renewable and concession-based assets in Marguerite GP-led deal

Advised Investindustrial on numerous transactions, including divestment of Goldcar and GP-led of Investindustrial IV

Advised ViacomCBS Inc. on the creation of SkyShowtime, a new subscription video on-demand streaming service, in partnership with Comcast Corporation

Advised Synopsys Inc, a Silicon Valley based international technology company, on its acquisition of Moortec Semiconductor Limited, a leading provider of in-chip monitoring technology

Advised EQT on the disposal of cable business Blizoo to Telekom Austria

Advised CVC on its acquisition of D-Marin's businesses in Greece, Croatia and the UAE*

Advised a Danish fund manager on the investment by its first fund into a series of ports assets in Francaphone Africa*
