Mona Marie Vogt advises national and international clients on complex litigation scenarios in front of German courts as part of our Munich litigation team. This includes supporting our clients in interim injunctions and enforcement proceedings. In addition to representation in court, Mona develops litigation strategies together with her clients and advises and represents them in out-of-court correspondence and settlement negotiations. She has particular experience in supply chain disputes in the automotive industry and corporate litigation.
Mona studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg i. Br. and at the University of Glasgow (Scotland). During her studies, she focused on European, international and foreign law and she received a doctoral degree from the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg i. Br. with a thesis on social law .
Mona completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart. She also trained with a major law firm in the practice area litigation and arbitration as well as with the US legal department of an international automotive supplier.
Representative experience
Advising a leading automotive-OEM in a multitude of court cases with a group of suppliers in German, Dutch and US courts including interim injunctions and allegations of abuse of dominance.
Defending a group of companies in the automotive industry against an injunction in a supply chain dispute following the termination of a contract including allegations of abuse of dominance.
