Viney Moerliesing is a Netherlands law qualified finance lawyer with a primary focus in corporate structuring, joint ventures and corporate governance. He advises both Dutch and international parties from various sectors on matters relating to various aspects of (cross-border) financing transactions (syndicated and club credit facilities, LMA documentation), capital market transactions and corporate law in a general sense.
Viney completed his bachelor's degree in Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He subsequently completed the master's degree in Corporate Law and Tax Law at respectively the Erasmus University Rotterdam and University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Viney was an associate at (multinational) law firms in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
