Rianna enjoys assisting clients in navigating the complex regulatory requirements of the rapidly evolving healthcare industry.

She advises a variety of health and life sciences clients on federal and state legal questions, including in relation to Medicare coverage and reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and drug pricing and access.  She appreciates opportunities to advocate for clients interfacing with government entities and using her understanding of the intersection between law and policy to do so. Rianna also maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she assists non-profit organizations on abortion and reproductive justice issues and represents individuals in immigration proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Rianna received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where she was a member of the California Law Review, the programs director for the Ecology Law Quarterly journal, and a student leader of the South Asian Law Students Association and Disability Rights Project.
