Peter Mills focuses on structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. He advises key participants (including lenders, arrangers and originators) on public and private structured finance transactions in relation to a variety of asset classes, including automotive receivables, marketplace lending receivables and mortgage assets. He also advises on whole business securitisations, project bonds and wider debt capital markets transactions.
Peter was recently seconded to the legal team of a major international investment bank, where he advised on the bank's structured finance transactions in the UK and Europe.

Acting for the arranger and senior lender in relation to a warehouse financing in respect of German marketplace lending receivables.
Advising a major insurer on its internal securitisations relating to lifetime mortgage assets, structured to achieve Matching Adjustment treatment under Solvency II.
Acting for an international fund investor in respect of a warehouse financing of bridging mortgage loans.
Advising a UK water company in relation to a liability management exercise in respect of its whole business securitisation.
Acting for the arranger and senior noteholder in relation to an STS compliant securitisation of Polish automotive and equipment lease receivables.
Advising the joint bookrunners in relation to an OFTO project bond issuance to fund the acquisition of transmission assets in relation to an offshore wind farm.
