Adam Michalczyk

Adam Michalczyk has long-standing legal expertise in real estate, construction, and commercial law. He gained his professional experience in both Polish and international law firms, and as an in-house lawyer in an international real estate fund.

Adam provides comprehensive legal services to clients, especially in foreign real estate funds in the field of real estate management including lease agreements, and provides legal advice within the investment process with a particular focus on construction contracts and contracts with architects. He also has extensive experience in real estate sales and acquisition transactions (offices, warehouses, and shopping centres), and in the preparation of legal due diligence.

Adam graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and the American Law Center organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida, as well as the School of German Law organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Bonn.
